DialogView::Update - instance method

DESCRIPTION
Update recalculates the layout of the instvar dialogRoot if it has been modified (see instvar modified). When called the first time it creates the initial dialog layout through the method DoCreateDialog.
Method is never overridden.
Method never calls base method.
